Our company's trading activities are closed until further notice.

  1. The sale and delivery of our goods is subject to the following conditions. These apply to all transactions, even if these conditions are not mentioned.
  2. Textures, colors and patterns in natural stones are never predictable and may not be consistent. We assume no responsibility for color, texture, gaiters, pores, pimples and other natural features of the rocks. Because these are inevitable and the customer should be aware of it. Due to their small size, stone samples can never show all the differences in color, texture, pattern and other natural features of the entire stone.
  3. We have the right to suspend or terminate our business in the event of unforeseen events such as the closure of the mine or the decisions of the territorial authorities or other unforeseen circumstances.
  4. All agreements and contracts are only valid and enforceable if made in writing and no verbal agreement is reached.
  5. The customer guarantees that all information provided is true and legal and that Weltstein has the right to suspend or suspend agreements or contracts if they are found to be illegal or infringe the legal interests of third parties.
  6. The following conditions must be met in order to unload the cargo:
  • Concrete floor or similar, which is rigid and does not fail.
  • Ample space to unload the cargo and the trucks.
  • The discharge bed should have a smooth surface, ie no sloping surface or other disturbing factors
  • The roads that are suitable for trucks to cross
  1. If unloading is not possible due to unfavorable local conditions, the load must be transported to another location where this is possible. The opinion of the truck driver is taken into account in this situation, and the costs of unloading such as cranes, excess personnel for assistance and transport etc. are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  2. The customer is obliged to check the delivered cargo immediately and to notify defects in writing within the specified period, otherwise the company is not liable for damages.
  3. The amount the customer pays for his order will not be refunded to the customer if the contract is terminated by the customer. This is due to the cost of setting up the production line, shipping and communication, and so on.
  4. All agreed sales invoices are due for payment within 14 days of invoicing.
  5. The delivery date of the load will be calculated from the time of prepayment and full delivery of the load will be made after full payment of the amount stated in the invoice. 
  1. Since the product is manufactured by the customer's personal order and the cost of shipping the goods from one country to another is high, the customer has no right to return the goods so that he will be careful when ordering the goods becomes.
  2. All prices are calculated daily. The agreed payment period must be observed and the complaint of a defect in the goods does not entitle the customer to refuse payment of the agreed purchase price on the invoice issued.
  3. Delivery depend on the weather conditions. Dates are therefore always subject to change.
  4. All prices are in Euro and include VAT.

  5. The decoration pricing depends on such factors as: size, weight, type of stone, and transparency.

  6. All products showcased on the website are made using natural stones. Therefore, identical colors and designs are not available.

  7. Since the products are custom-made, their production can be time consuming. For example, products such as decorations and water jet works are handicrafts and works of art that require time, in addition to the time required for transportation and customs that add to the delivery time.
